📜 1. Terms and Conditions

🛑 1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your location) to purchase HERBONIX™ products.
Our products are for personal use only, unless authorized by HERBONIX™.

💳 1.2 Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfers, and in-store cash payments.
HERBONIX™ reserves the right to reject or cancel orders.

🚚 1.3 Delivery

Standard delivery time is 6–9 working days.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

⚖️ 1.4 Liability

HERBONIX™ is not responsible for misuse or improper handling of products.
Our liability is limited to the product purchase price.

💸 3. Refund & Return Policy

🔄 3.1 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided products are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns on opened products, or custom orders.

📝 3.2 Return Process

Email admin@tsamg.email with your order number and reason for return.
HERBONIX™ will provide return instructions if approved.

💰 3.3 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.

📦 4. Subscription Plans

💳 4.1 Plans & Payments

Tier 1: 1 box per month
Tier 2: 2 boxes per month
Tier 3: 4 boxes per month
Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month.

❌ 4.2 Cancellations
You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

💳 4.3 Non-Payment
If payment fails, we'll notify you. You have 5 business days to resolve the issue before your subscription is paused.

💵 5. Product Availability & Pricing

Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice.
Prices can change without prior notice, but we honor the price at the time of purchase.

We use secure encryption for your data.
We retain personal data as long as necessary for processing orders or complying with legal obligations.
